Warralong Park is operated by Wayne Pepper, who has a lifetime of experience in the thoroughbred industry, following in the footsteps of his father Neville. From his early days working at Kingston Park Stud in Victoria, and then many years as Assistant Manager at Gooree Park Stud in Mudgee, NSW, more recently Wayne managed Bellagio Lodge, a very successful boutique breeding farm at Tallebudgera on the Gold Coast. Many Winners and Stakes horses were produced from the small band of Broodmares there.
One of special interest would be Courgette (Charge Forward x Our Farm Girl) bred at Bellagio Lodge, trained by Gerald Ryan, and raced by us in a small syndicate. She went on to produce She Will Reign, Winner of the 2017 Golden Slipper.

Bellagio Lodge ceased it's breeding and racing activities after some 8 years, when the property was sold to an International Developer. Wayne continued at the Tallebudgera property leasing the facilities and operating under the name of Bellagio Spelling & Agistment for two years or more, when an opportunity arose to relocate to larger acreage at Innisplain.
The property was named using an indigenous word "Warralong" meaning "on the side of a hill". Warralong Park is set on 162 acres of rolling hills with amazing views at Innisplain, 22 kilometres from Beaudesert in Queensland. Previously set up for cattle, the property has undergone upgrades to fencing and added infrastructure to facilitate Broodmares and Foals.
Services provided include Breeding advice, Agistment, short and long-term, Foaling down, Foal handling & Education, and Preparation for Sales. Being located close to major thoroughbred studs in the area, mares can be "walked in" to leading South East Queensland Stallions.
Warralong Park offers the best of experienced care for your thoroughbred's needs in a safe and quiet environment.
